    ISWA founded

    Established as a project of the Bankstown Community Resource Group to support local women and families.

    Programs expand

    Launched youth, children's and job-readiness streams in response to community need.

  3. 2021

    DSS funding secured

    Federal Department of Social Services funding enables sustained crisis and family-violence support.

  4. 2024

    Growing footprint

    Active across four LGAs with seven recurring programs and an expanding volunteer base.
